Our domain provider accepted payment but didn’t process the renewal. Shortly afterward, their site went offline, and contact attempts proved fruitless.
Before we could intervene, the domain was registered by someone else. Our original content, logo, and blogs remained on the site, now under new control. Though this was disheartening, it presented an opportunity to reinforce our mission with a fresh start.
